Sustainable Red Bank

  • Red Bank Public Library Meeting Room 84 West Front Street Red Bank, NJ 07701 United States (mapa)

This is a monthly series on issues surrounding sustainability, the environment, and climate change, and how you can make a difference locally.

This month’s topic will be “Composting 101” with Rutgers Master Gardener Tom Matulewicz. As a bonus, Monmouth County is selling Earth Machine compost units for $35 (they retail for up to $165 online). If you pre-order, the unit will be delivered to the event, and Tom will show you how to use it. Checks can be made out to the “Monmouth County Grant Fund,” and dropped off at the library’s reference desk up to a week before the event.

Come join us! A lively discussion is encouraged. You can click on the image below for a downloadable PDF of the flyer, and beneath there is a form for suggestions for future topics in this series.
