This month, we will be discussing sustainable eating choices. It’s hard to know what’s best: buying local, buying organic, or eating vegetarian or vegan food. To talk about it from different angles, we will be holding a special panel, featuring dietitian Judy Klavens-Giunta, Rob and R.J. Poggioli, the chairs of the Jersey Shore Chapter of the Bionutrient Food Association, and Joe Durso, the owner of KITCH Organic.
